— Meet Our Pastor
Rev. Michael V. Ellison
Rev. Michael V. Ellison is a strong man of faith. He has been preaching the gospel of Jesus Christ for over 31 years and is the proud Pastor of Zion Hill Missionary Baptist Church, located at 5739 FM 762, in Richmond Texas 77469, for 23 years. He has a true servant’s heart and is the embodiment of the title, “Public Servant”. Whether it is in the Body of Christ or communities near and far, “Serving” is his purpose and what he has dedicated his entire life doing. Along with leading God’s people, his career in Law Enforcement spans over 41+ years.
Pastor Ellison believes in continued education and has received his Bachelor of Arts in Religion, as well as his Master of Arts in Theological Studies among many other certifications, commendations and awards.
Pastor Ellison resides in Richmond, Texas with his wife and High School sweetheart, Lady Rossiline Ellison, whom he has been married to for over 40 years. They have two children, a son- in-law, and six grandchildren who are his heart’s joy.
His favorite scripture is “I must work the work of Him who sent me, while it is day: the night cometh, when no man can work.” John 9:4
